Who we are
We are an independent non-profit organization of trained, volunteer mediators, providing free conflict resolution services to anyone living or working in West Marin.
We provide training in active listening skills.
Contact us if you need help with resolving a conflict in your life.
How we work
We will listen to you.
We will work with you and the other person(s) on an arrangement to meet and mediate.
Mediations are scheduled at a time and place convenient to all.
At the mediation, we listen to all sides of the dispute and help you reach a solution.
We do not take sides. We create a safe space for you to develop your own resolution.

Our Services are:
Fast
Mediation sessions are arranged promptly after your call. Most disputes are resolved in 1 to 2 sessions.
Effective
Mediation is successful about 80% of the time, and builds cooperation, positive attitudes and a stronger community.
Confidential
Sessions are private. Mediators do not keep notes or reveal what is said to any outside parties.
Informal
No police or court records result from our meetings.
